Senior Manager, Sales Engineering

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Regional Directors, product, and engineering teams to close deals and deliver high-impact strategic solutions for customers and partners
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Engineering team in Malaysia and Singapore
- Collaborate with sales leadership and customers to design and present comprehensive business solutions
- Contribute directly to product development and enhancements for existing solutions based on market feedback
- Support Geo Account Executives throughout the entire opportunity sales lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Extensive experience in presales (typically 15+ years) with a background in managing Sales Engineering teams (typically 3-5 years)
- Proven ability to enable and lead teams in delivering high-quality product and solution demonstrations
- Expert-level experience refining key sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-value
