About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Joint regional GTM sales execution with Sales Director
- Regional partner strategy & growth plan
- Partner activation (enablement, sales engagement & pipeline development)
- Partner performance management and forecast governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in partner/channel sales, alliances, or regional partner management - deep understanding of the Federal Public Sector landscape, including the associated partner network, procurement frameworks, and seasonal acquisition timelines
- Experience building joint GTM plans with regional sales leadership and executing co-sell motions (account mapping, deal reviews, close plans)
- Has managed strategic partners (e.g., GSIs, RSIs, VARs, distributors, MSSPs, ISVs) including recruitment, activation, and performance management
- Experience in network, cyber and cloud security solutions
- Willingness to travel within the region as required to support partners and the sales team
