About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, launch, and manage targeted sales programs aligned to Global Sales priorities
- Partner with sales leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, P&C, Customer Success, and Enablement

Requirements
What you’ll need- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
- 5+ years of experience in sales programs, GTM strategy, business operations, sales enablement, or related roles within SaaS or the technology industry
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and building strong partnerships across teams
- Strong program and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Outcome-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with a strong bias for action
