Key responsibilities & impact

Drive theater-level execution of partner-led services motions.
Inspect active opportunities, identify stalled deals, surface execution gaps, and ensure clear next steps and ownership across all stakeholders.
Establish and run regional inspection cadences, opportunity review rhythms, and escalation paths to improve visibility, accountability, and acceleration across partner-led services activity.
Support strategic partners in maturing their services motions by identifying readiness gaps, tracking progress, and coordinating briefings to move partners from initial interest to repeatable execution.
Build practical, field-facing playbooks, templates, and inspection guides that translate regional learnings into repeatable assets for broader global adoption.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS GTM execution.
Proven experience working across Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner organizations to drive execution without direct authority.
A strong bias for action regarding opportunity inspection, cadence management, and executive-ready reporting.
Experience building practical field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models that enable consistent execution at scale.
Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for regional and global stakeholders.
Comfortable working across time zones as needed.
