About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and administer learning management systems including user access, course creation, system configuration, and integrations (Skilljar and Cornerstone knowledge a plus)
Provide technical support to customers and partners, including troubleshooting system-related problems per team SLA
Analyze data and generate reports to track learner progress and course completion rates
Develop and maintain documentation and guides to support the operations team in utilizing the LMS effectively
Support the team with development operations processes and maintenance for new customers and partners
Provide event support both on-site and remote for major customer events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator with specific experience in Cornerstone LMS
United States citizenship is required
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, especially using Salesforce reporting and Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adjust to change as new products and processes are introduced.
