About the role
- Architect and optimize global Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes ensuring alignment with GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and Operations to map and refine workflows
- Partner with IT teams to embed automation and AI opportunities into systems
- Manage structured rollout plans, training, and field adoption initiatives
- Continuously monitor feedback and drive ongoing improvements
- Report to the Senior Director of Global Operations Programs and lead GTM Business Capabilities efforts
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in RevOps, Business Process Ownership, or a related SaaS role
- Deep knowledge of quoting, pricing, and order orchestration systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ)
- Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable process and system requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and modern documentation tools
- Collaborative skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT)
- Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into business processes (preferred)
- Deep technical expertise with tools like NetSuite and end-to-end Q2O automations (preferred)
- Strong passion for empowering GTM teams and accelerating deal velocity (preferred)
