About the role

  • Architect and optimize global Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes ensuring alignment with GTM strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and Operations to map and refine workflows
  • Partner with IT teams to embed automation and AI opportunities into systems
  • Manage structured rollout plans, training, and field adoption initiatives
  • Continuously monitor feedback and drive ongoing improvements
  • Report to the Senior Director of Global Operations Programs and lead GTM Business Capabilities efforts

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in RevOps, Business Process Ownership, or a related SaaS role
  • Deep knowledge of quoting, pricing, and order orchestration systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ)
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable process and system requirements
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and modern documentation tools
  • Collaborative skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT)
  • Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into business processes (preferred)
  • Deep technical expertise with tools like NetSuite and end-to-end Q2O automations (preferred)
  • Strong passion for empowering GTM teams and accelerating deal velocity (preferred)
