Conduct artificial intelligence and data privacy impact assessments
Review product marketing content and drive related initiatives
Assess third-party inbound OEM technology to ensure safe, responsible, and compliant use
Negotiate artificial intelligence and data privacy terms in customer-facing contracts
Collaborate to identify and implement policies and procedures that support product innovation while enabling responsible AI and privacy by design at scale
Counsel product management and engineering teams and participate in cross-functional projects
Requirements
4+ years of relevant product, privacy, and/or regulatory counseling experience in a technology company and/or law firm
Minimum of 2+ years in-house at a hyper-growth technology company
Experience across artificial intelligence, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, cloud computing, and commercial contract negotiation
Proven track record of counseling product management and engineering teams at innovative technology companies
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional projects involving various stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously while analyzing risks under pressure and providing creative solutions to novel challenges
Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements
