About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and standardize global leave frameworks that balance statutory requirements with company benefits, serving as the lead SME for complex ADA cases and regulatory consistency
- Manage Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) by enforcing SLAs, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and conducting audits to ensure service excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end leave lifecycle, partnering with HRIS to automate tracking and ensure seamless integration across Workday, ServiceNow, and payroll systems
- Leverage analytics and dashboards to identify bottlenecks, automate manual tasks, and continuously improve program performance and the employee experience
- Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive global team by setting clear performance expectations and providing consistent career coaching and professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field and 8+ years of progressive experience in Benefits or Human Resources, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Global Leave of Absence and Disability administration
- 3+ years of direct people management experience, ideally leading distributed or global teams
- Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PFL) and a strong working knowledge of statutory leave systems in key international markets
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or large-scale enterprise environment
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Absence Management software, and case management systems
