Key responsibilities & impact

Design and standardize global leave frameworks that balance statutory requirements with company benefits, serving as the lead SME for complex ADA cases and regulatory consistency
Manage Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) by enforcing SLAs, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and conducting audits to ensure service excellence
Oversee the end-to-end leave lifecycle, partnering with HRIS to automate tracking and ensure seamless integration across Workday, ServiceNow, and payroll systems
Leverage analytics and dashboards to identify bottlenecks, automate manual tasks, and continuously improve program performance and the employee experience
Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive global team by setting clear performance expectations and providing consistent career coaching and professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field and 8+ years of progressive experience in Benefits or Human Resources, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Global Leave of Absence and Disability administration
3+ years of direct people management experience, ideally leading distributed or global teams
Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PFL) and a strong working knowledge of statutory leave systems in key international markets
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or large-scale enterprise environment
Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Absence Management software, and case management systems
