About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Zscaler’s CLM tools, including workflow design, template management, repository hygiene, reporting, integrations, and ongoing optimization
Build, test, and improve workflows that support the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, repository management, and renewal
Design scalable self-service processes and maintain contracting infrastructure such as playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and approval flows
Implement and iterate on AI-powered solutions for contract review, clause extraction, risk flagging, and knowledge management
Support operational processes and systems for Privacy, Product Legal, and Compliance, including data mapping, cookie tracking, and request management

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in legal operations, contract management, commercial operations, or a related role at a technology company
Hands-on CLM experience, including system administration, workflow design, template management, and reporting
Proven experience building and improving legal or compliance processes such as intake, approvals, playbooks, and templates
Experience with AI tools in contracting or business workflows, or a demonstrated readiness to lead AI-enabled process improvements
Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Sales, and IT teams
