About the role
- Partner with leadership to link the Shared Services team’s goals with overarching business priorities
- Design and implement processes (e.g., enablement dashboards, intake processes) to provide transparency, streamline workflows, and improve teams’ ability to deliver and scale
- Develop frameworks that prioritize tasks at the strategic level and cascade goals effectively across teams and individuals
- Create and maintain organizational tools including stakeholder engagement calendars, enablement program roadmaps, and monthly cadence reviews to ensure alignment over time
- Build a dashboard to enable data-informed decision-making, tracking engagement impact, measuring team progress, and flagging areas requiring attention
- Report to the VP of Revenue Enablement and collaborate across Sales and Go-to-Market teams
Requirements
- 7–10 years in a sales/GTM/revenue enablement strategic and operational role
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity with cross-functional management experience
- Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of translating high-level business goals into actionable operations
- Excellent ability to build and implement organizational tools like roadmaps, dashboards, and task-tracking platforms
- Expertise in decision-making frameworks and stakeholder management to ensure alignment across leadership and teams
- Experience driving organizational rigor across complex teams, including project management and content development
- Preferred: Certifications such as Coaching Certification, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile/Scrum Master
- Preferred: Familiarity with Asana or similar tools for project tracking and collaboration
- Preferred: Experience in enablement areas such as learning design tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or microsite development
