About the role

  • Standardizing budget approval templates and processes including PR/PO submissions, monthly reconciliations, and post-event recaps to ensure fiscal accountability
  • Maintaining master timelines, workbacks, and task governance across multiple concurrent global events to ensure project milestones are met
  • Driving cross-functional alignment and follow-up across Global Events, Field Marketing, and CXO teams to maintain seamless communication
  • Managing corporate list management by partnering with functional leaders on nominations and approvals for internal travel and staffing
  • Providing onsite program leadership and logistics support for Tier 1 events to ensure consistency in real-time reporting and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a relentless attention to operational detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills including the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and decisive in high-pressure environments
