About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global web strategy that positions Zscaler websites as primary revenue drivers through demand generation and pipeline growth
- Lead SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) strategies to increase organic search traffic while adapting to AI-driven changes in search behavior
- Direct a high-performing, cross-functional global web team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional development
- Leverage advanced analytics and CRO techniques to optimize the customer journey and deliver data-driven website performance improvements
- Partner with product marketing, UX design, and demand generation teams to align web strategy with company-wide marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and web strategy, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global web operations
- Proven track record of managing multi-site, multi-language web portfolios and driving significant organic traffic and pipeline growth
- Deep expertise in SEO/AEO strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization within complex global environments
- Strong proficiency with analytics platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies
- Demonstrated success leading and developing large, cross-functional teams and managing high-level stakeholder relationships
