About the role
- Defining territory sales goals with leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure and hiring to attain goals and quotas
- Hiring, leading and mentoring your team through weekly 1:1 and coaching to strategize and accurately forecast to the leadership team
- Collaborating with our Revenue Operations, Customer Success, SDR, Channel team and Marketing teams to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
- Building strategies and develop materials vital to accelerate customer acquisition
- Nurturing lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices
Requirements
- 7+ years closing experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the information security industry
- 3+ years experience managing, hiring, mentoring and training field sales team
- Proven sales track record with strong focus on new customers.
