About the role
- Architecting and executing region-specific partner marketing strategies that translate East & Central business priorities into high-impact plans suited to partner strengths and needs
- Designing and leading integrated, partner-specific campaigns and GTM motions, driving new logo acquisition, platform expansion, and measurable demand generation across the region
- Owning regional MDF budget and performance reporting, ensuring disciplined budget allocation, accurate attribution, and clear insights into pipeline influence and program ROI
- Driving cross-functional alignment with Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Channel & Marketing Ops, Alliances and Product marketing to enable seamless execution and shared outcomes
- Ensuring partner readiness and operational excellence by building scalable processes with consistent, strategic execution and the ability to influence stakeholders toward strategic, outcome driven activities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing with proven success across national and regional partners, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, able to develop multi-quarter partner plans tied to measurable outcomes
- Data-driven and analytically sharp, capable of using insights from pipeline trends and ROI analyses to guide decisions
- Exceptional collaborator and influencer, adept at guiding partners and Partner Sales toward impactful initiatives
- High level of ownership and accountability while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
