Investigating and resolving payroll system issues while providing end-user support and training

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience managing payroll applications with strong focus on Dayforce or similar payroll applications like ADP or Workday Payroll
Solid understanding of payroll processes, federal and state labor laws, tax laws, and compliance measures
Proven ability to configure and optimize payroll systems and document workflows with technical implementation strategies
