About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate physician and resident schedules, helping ensure seamless coverage and excellent support for our clients, providers, and hospital partners.
  • Support physician onboarding, credentialing, licensing, and compliance activities, playing a key role in helping providers successfully join and practice within the organization.
  • Manage Google Workspace resources, including shared drives, calendars, user access, and team documentation to support efficient day-to-day operations and collaboration.
  • Partner with billing and finance teams to prepare and track invoices, maintain records, and support accurate and timely financial processes.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, clients, hospital administrators, vendors, and internal teams by providing responsive, professional support and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate meetings, candidate visits, physician events, and other engagement activities that strengthen provider and client relationships.
  • Support recruiting and marketing initiatives through candidate outreach, interview coordination, and maintenance of professional communication and recruitment materials.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation while ensuring information is organized, current, and accessible.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the provider experience, and contribute to operational excellence across the practice.
  • Contribute to special projects and team initiatives that support growth, collaboration, physician satisfaction, and client success.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, business, client service, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort using common business technology and learning new systems.
  • Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
