About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join Zopa’s Treasury team and gain hands-on exposure across treasury activities
Work closely with experienced Treasury leaders
Own processes end to end
Manage daily MI covering Treasury activities
Support monthly ALCO packs and coordinate MI
Assist Treasury Managers in liquidity and funding activity
Manage Treasury cash balances
Support ongoing hedge portfolio management activities
Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working within a Treasury function in a bank or financial service environment
Excited to gain broad exposure across Treasury
Proactive, organised, and able to own tasks
Problem-solving and process improvement
Strong Excel and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong relationship-building skills
Interest in AI tools for operational efficiency
Motivation for learning and development
