About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Product, Engineering and other stakeholders with analysis to inform product decisions
Work with existing metrics and support improvements to how we measure product performance
Analyse datasets to identify trends and highlight areas for further investigation
Break down problems into clear analytical approaches, with guidance where needed
Support the design and analysis of experiments to test product changes
Build dashboards and reports to track performance and enable decision-making
Deliver deep-dives and ad hoc analysis to answer business questions
Communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders
Contribute to analytical projects, taking ownership of defined pieces of work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong SQL skills and experience working with data
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI; Python is a bonus
Experience in a data-led environment such as fintech, banking, consulting or a high-growth start-up
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insight
Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Willing to ask questions, seek feedback and continuously improve
Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
