Technical Program Manager

• Operationalize Health & Program Monitoring: Track the technical health of individual releases while also monitoring the Release Management Program's health.
• Uphold Execution Standards: Hold release owners accountable for the timeliness, quality, and reliability of all deliverables.
• Weekly Planning & Prioritization: Partner with Release Management Engineering Managers to facilitate weekly planning and prioritization.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary Release Management point of contact for QA, Operations, System Testing, and Engineering partners.
• Lead Enablement Project Management: Assist in the planning, tracking, and progress monitoring of enablement projects.

• Align with Product, Product SW, Autonomy, and other relevant teams on upcoming new feature changes, tracking requirements readiness and delivery as well as feature landing date for validation.
• Coordinating internal test suite development and testing cadence as needed to validate new features as well as ensure continued quality on existing product SW.
• Work with tester platform and operations teams to develop new test assets for automated validation, delivery timelines and test platform availability for validation across various platforms including the Robotaxi vehicle.
• Oversee execution of validation cycles. Tracking and reporting results and driving resolution to failures, blocked test cases, and other challenges as they arise.
• Present program status, risks, and challenges to company leadership.
• Support multi-quarter forward planning at the team level including new initiatives, process improvements, and team goals aligning timing, resource readiness, dependencies, and other challenges.

• Build real-time instrumentation for performance monitoring (CPU, GPU, latency, memory) and develop offline benchmarking frameworks, tools, and scripts to evaluate & analyze performance at scale in CI/vehicle, and establish budgets for next-gen architectures.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify GPU hotspots and root causes, and propose and co-implement actionable solutions with component teams.
• Support teams on bringing serial algorithms to the GPU to maximize compute utilization and improve overall latency.
• Work as part of the Core team to design a middleware framework that promotes by default efficient and performant code development by maximizing CPU and GPU.
