About the role
- Define and implement innovative loyalty strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV), reduce churn, and foster brand advocacy.
- Design, launch, and manage the Zoox loyalty program from the ground up, creating a world-class experience that drives customer engagement, increases ride frequency, and builds brand affinity.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year loyalty program roadmap, outlining key milestones, feature enhancements, and strategic initiatives to evolve the program over time.
- Own all marketing promotions, including strategy, planning, execution, budget, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new loyalty opportunities and strategic partnerships that enhance the value proposition for our riders.
Requirements
- 6+ YOE, with 3+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, customer promotions, customer retention, or a related role.
- Proven experience launching and scaling a customer loyalty program from concept to execution.
- Direct experience managing promotional campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable).
