About the role
- Design and develop full-stack applications with frontend, backend, APIs, and microservices to support QA Engineering processes
- Build scalable and efficient systems that integrate with various internal tools
- Design, develop, and maintain frameworks to support integration, subsystem, and end-to-end test runs
- Design and develop frameworks or tooling to improve developer velocity and productivity, increase pipeline execution efficiency, and reduce manual pipeline management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand test development and execution challenges and develop automated solutions
- Optimize and scale automated processes to improve reliability and reduce manual efforts
- Contribute to automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline QA processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong background in scalable application development and automation framework development
- Strong proficiency with Python
- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, and CSS
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with CI, loggers/monitoring, and test-driven development
- Bonus: experience maintaining, optimizing, and scaling databases
- Bonus: experience with loggers, monitoring tools, and AWS
- Bonus: experience in secure software development and implementing security best practices across frontend, backend, and APIs
