Key responsibilities & impact

Drive strategic planning for security initiatives
Own the end-to-end program lifecycle
Validate and update the security strategy/roadmap twice per year
Provide dedicated project management for complex, cross-functional security initiatives
Identify dependencies and bottlenecks
Facilitate functional reporting
Build and maintain a dashboard of impactful security metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of professional experience
5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally within cybersecurity or Information Security
Strong technical fluency in security domains
Understanding of infrastructure, software development practices, and secure SDLC
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for tracking programs
Demonstrated ability to build dashboards for tracking KPIs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
