Requirements

What you’ll need

4-8 years of professional product design experience
Strong across interaction, visual, and systems design
Lean toward the complex end: dashboards, ops tooling, dev tools, fintech, logistics
Fluency in Figma and prototype well enough to communicate motion and interaction
Can own design end to end as the first designer, with no team to lean on
Excited about being in the office (4 days a week)
