About the role

  • Responsible for managing the implementation, configuration, and support of PeopleSoft Payroll modules
  • Ensure optimized solutions tailored to client-specific payroll needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Payroll implementations and support
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, including statutory compliance and reporting
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft modules related to HR and Payroll
  • Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into functional specifications
  • Experience in developing payroll interfaces and custom reporting solutions
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Certifications related to PeopleSoft or project management are a plus
