About the role
- Responsibility for the organic strategy and sustainable growth of the medical professional community
- End-to-end content creation, including developing new formats, editing Reels, and writing captions
- Collaboration with the design team to develop templates in Figma or Canva
- Trend monitoring and newsjacking for creative marketing in the healthcare sector
- Identification and outreach to key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the healthcare sector
- Close collaboration with growth managers and the content team to optimize our presence
Requirements
- Solid experience in social media management
- Expertise in the healthcare sector
- Proficiency with common creator tools such as CapCut, Figma, or Canva
- Structured working style with the ability to manage concurrent projects
- Strong aesthetic sensibility for design and modern storytelling
- Experience analyzing data and interpreting KPIs
- German at minimum C1 level and ability to support research in English
