About the role
- Develop workflows and processes to optimize practice operations
- Conduct training sessions remotely and on-site
- Regular visits to clients at their practices
- Respond to customer and prospect inquiries by phone and in writing
- Collaborate with developers to translate insights into the software
Requirements
- Experience in a medical practice setting, ideally as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or Practice Manager
- Positive attitude toward people and respectful, appreciative communication
- Outstanding comprehension and ability to learn quickly
- Technical and analytical thinking skills
- Some experience in support or customer service
- Excellent self-organization and a strong sense of personal responsibility
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic IT knowledge or willingness to acquire it
- Experience in medical practice technology or medical devices is a plus
- German language skills at least at C1 level
