About the role
- Act as co-pilot for the Workday administrator and help ensure smooth operation
- Support the Workday implementation
- Help organize and maintain zollsoft’s digital backbone
- Prepare the data set for migration
- Hunt bugs and inconsistencies through testing and data validation
- Produce quick guides, FAQs, and video tutorials
Requirements
- Ideally already have hands-on experience with Workday (e.g., in HCM through an internship)
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Technically-minded and highly detail-oriented
- Strong German skills (at least C1)
- Good English skills for the system environment
- Available approximately 10–15 hours per week with flexible hours arranged around your class schedule
