About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support during implant of the remedē System
- Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of new implanting centers
- Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration
- Work closely with the Territory Managers to support the sales process
- Demonstrate understanding of overnight sleep studies to inform effective patient programming during clinic visits
- Train new customers on the remedē System programmer and device programming
- Work in a dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule
- Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities
- Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call duties
- Support the certification process for new team members as needed
- Provide support for team and area clinical scheduling as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required (technical or clinical field preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinical support role within medical device
- Cardiac rhythm management experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting implantable device procedures in OR, cath lab, or EP lab environments will be considered
- IBHRE certification a plus
