About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support during implant of the remedē System
Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of new implanting centers
Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration
Work closely with the Territory Managers to support the sales process
Demonstrate understanding of overnight sleep studies to inform effective patient programming during clinic visits
Train new customers on the remedē System programmer and device programming
Work in a dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule
Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities
Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call duties
Support the certification process for new team members as needed
Provide support for team and area clinical scheduling as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required (technical or clinical field preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years in a clinical support role within medical device
Cardiac rhythm management experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting implantable device procedures in OR, cath lab, or EP lab environments will be considered
IBHRE certification a plus
