Territory Manager – Hospital
ZOLL Medical CorporationTerritory Manager managing hospital accounts and developing new business in Northern Germany. Focus on selling defibrillators and capital-intensive medical technology solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Revenue responsibility for your defined sales territory
- Management, expansion and retention of existing ZOLL Hospital accounts
- Active business development in non‑ZOLL hospitals (hunter component)
- Management of complex sales processes for capital‑intensive medical devices (defibrillators)
- Identification of decision‑makers and influencers (nursing staff, physicians, procurement, management)
- Clinically grounded product demonstrations and clear articulation of added value
- Leading negotiations through to contract conclusion
- Implementation of national sales strategies at a territory level
- Consistent maintenance of pipeline, forecast and activities in Salesforce
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Service and technical specialists
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training and several years of experience in intensive care or acute nursing
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially in critical care situations
- Demonstrable interest in sales, business development and accountability for closing deals
- Ability to translate clinical arguments into economic purchasing decisions
- Assertiveness, strong negotiation skills and a closing orientation
- Independent, results‑oriented working style in field sales
- Sales experience in the MedTech or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage but not mandatory — the decisive factor is the desire to be successful in sales
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel frequently within Northern Germany
- Driving license Class B
