About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives
Act as the clinical and technical expert for the ZOLL hospital product line
Collaborate with the Territory Manager throughout the sales process
Build long lasting customer relationships and encourage ongoing utilization of ZOLL hospital products
Conduct educational offerings including orientation, formal continuing education and in-services
Serve as a resource to staff of all levels and provide training/education
Participate in leadership of quality Improvement processes and protocol changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree BA or BS preferred
RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required
AHA Instructor - BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred
Clinical education experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to meet deadlines and follow-up
