💰 $90,000 - $135,000 per year
About the role
- Coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives
- Act as the clinical and technical expert for the ZOLL hospital product line
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager throughout the sales process
- Build long lasting customer relationships and encourage ongoing utilization of ZOLL hospital products
- Conduct educational offerings including orientation, formal continuing education and in-services
- Serve as a resource to staff of all levels and provide training/education
- Participate in leadership of quality Improvement processes and protocol changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree BA or BS preferred
- RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required
- AHA Instructor - BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred
- Clinical education experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow-up
