About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide optimal customer service support to Zoetis Diagnostic Field Force and customers
  • Execute and follow up on customer contracts and orders
  • Maintain accurate information and ensure correct products are supplied on time and in full
  • Process contracts in SAP and capture all required information
  • Process customer orders via phone, fax, EDI, CPQ, and email
  • Ensure transactions comply with pricing, marketing, and policy parameters
  • Process orders or billing from receipt through invoicing to the final customer
  • Assist Logistic Centers with SKU serial lot and location adjustments, out-of-balance inventory, special events, and related information
  • Coordinate shipments and product allocation with Marketing Managers, Finance, and Logistic Centers
  • Participate in developing, reviewing, and adhering to SOPs and compliance requirements
  • Act as Zoetis liaison and primary point of contact for the Diagnostics Field Force and customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and account issues
  • Assist with reviewing and updating SAP equipment records
  • Review and process product return authorization requests according to Zoetis Returns Goods Policy
  • Support field-specific resources such as FFO and CPQ
  • Use contact center telephony systems and follow assigned schedules to maintain phone coverage and achieve phone metrics
  • Participate in setting parameters for marketing offers
  • Participate in ongoing training and Customer Service initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of products and their use to explain features and benefits and answer customer inquiries
  • Perform outbound customer calls for Promotional Response Team campaigns and business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent Customer Service/Operations experience
  • Minimum of 1 year Zoetis Veterinary Customer Service or equivalent experience required
  • Full understanding and use of SAP/ERP functions, including SAP ECC environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer applications
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Process-oriented; able to contribute to creating new procedures and workflows
  • Ability to sit/stand and speak for long periods of time
  • Ability to provide phone coverage between 8:30-5, as needed based on department scheduling
  • Less than 5% travel
