About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide on-site support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings
  • Support implementation, training, operations, applications, and problem resolution for veterinary diagnostic products and services
  • Install analyzers and support diagnostics implementation, PIMS/connectivity, workflow improvements, and product utilization
  • Manage relationships with assigned clinics to improve utilization, adoption, and implementation time
  • Identify and evaluate clinic pain points and design workflow processes that improve customer experience
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system problems
  • Deliver formal and informal product guidance, instruction, and training
  • Provide post-sale product installation, validation, applications, and operations training
  • Complete daily activity documentation and detailed customer-visit reports
  • Collaborate with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant
  • Identify and report opportunities for additional analyzers, consumables utilization, and referrals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one year of experience working in a clinical setting
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Adobe, and AI software
  • Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes
  • General understanding of veterinary clinic operations, diagnostic applications, financial limitations, training requirements, and workflow processes
  • Ability to create and deliver clear training presentations in formal and informal environments
  • Analytical mindset, coachability, and critical-thinking skills
  • Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to safely lift and move 60 lbs.
  • Availability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the work week
  • Flexibility to accommodate customer visit requests
  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Degree from a Veterinary Technology Program preferred
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred
  • Authorization to work in the US for Zoetis, or ability to obtain authorization; sponsorship is discretionary
