About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the build of Precision Animal Health’s global logistics program
Architect and scale a world-class logistics network
Establish and manage global and regional courier partnerships
Negotiate competitive rates, define SLAs, and implement performance scorecards
Design and deploy scalable shipment SOPs aligned with global regulatory standards
Own end-to-end import/export processes
Build and manage a network of in-market distributors for testing supplies
Define and optimize logistics flows for PAH
Implement shipment visibility tools and exception management processes
Partner cross-functionally with operations, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization and scalability
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards; communicate performance insights to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in global logistics or transportation, including international parcel/express shipping and customs brokerage
Deep expertise in trade compliance (HS classification, valuation, Incoterms)
Strong track record in vendor negotiation and SLA management
Experience building or scaling logistics programs, with a hands-on approach to problem solving and execution
Proven ability to create SOPs, train teams, and drive adoption across diverse geographies
Strong analytical mindset with experience owning KPIs and using data to inform decisions and improvements
Preferred IATA DG, IMDG, and 49 CFR HAZMAT certifications
Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biological sample logistics
Familiarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive shipments
Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
