About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage operational projects that further the team’s performance
Execute team purchase orders, billing and administration, and trade association payments
Serve as the primary coordinator for Zoetis’ Copy Review Clearance process (CRC) for beef
Support the vetting/approval process for marketing materials, brand campaign assets, and technical pieces
Distribution of announcements and materials to the U.S. field force
Assist in creating marketing materials as needed to support the business
Support Marketing Leadership in the day-to-day relationship with partner agencies and other internal/external partners/suppliers
Serve as document lifecycle business analyst for the team
Provide research, reporting, benchmarking and analyses
Coordinate the approval and distribution of marketing materials and technical presentations
Collaborate with the marketing agency and Zoetis digital teams to establish metrics related to marketing communications programs
Implement logistics for cattle events and activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1-5 years of internship and/or related work experience
Experience developing marketing communication materials, campaigns, project management, operational optimization and execution, and budget/invoicing
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Highly organized with excellent planning skills
Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven teamwork skills
Proven budget tracking and management ability
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer experience: Microsoft Windows, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet-based programs and tools, (or similar virtual meeting tool)
Experience with Adobe suite of design applications and Veeva Vault is preferred, but not required.
