About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represents all Zoetis Poultry products and services in Broiler accounts
Ensures customer experience and satisfaction is maximized
Achieves annual gross revenue and margin targets
Coordinates efforts of other Regional Account Managers, Vets and technical support
Leads the development and maintains the account plan for assigned Key accounts
Promotes and supports sales of all Zoetis products and services
Builds customer loyalty to Zoetis poultry products
Manages corporate communication regarding Zoetis poultry products and services
Utilizes Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) to manage key accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four year degree in Agricultural life science or agribusiness required
10+ years in the Poultry Industry with working knowledge of poultry production
3 or more years of selling experience in large multi-location accounts required
Strong working knowledge of Zoetis products and services
Working knowledge of poultry production
PC literate with the proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, powerpoint, project software)
