About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical-scientific support for customers with a focus on poultry farming, including advising on products and diagnostics and translating scientific findings into practice
- Development, planning and implementation of account/territory strategies, particularly for key customers in southern Germany
- Analysis of market and customer needs, identification and evaluation of potentials, revenue planning and continuous monitoring
- Conducting trainings and specialist events, preparing training and information materials
- Contributing to and supporting field studies, assisting with clinical activities and studies (e.g. design, evaluation, reporting)
- Building, maintaining and strategically developing networks with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), major customers, universities, associations
- Ensuring that all activities comply with legal requirements (in particular medicines law, veterinary medicinal product regulations, pharmacovigilance)
- Close collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs) and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Veterinary Medicine (licensure, ideally additional qualification in animal health/diagnostics/management) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in veterinary field sales, key account and technical management in the poultry/animal health sector
- Experience working with major customers and scientific institutions
- Excellent German and English skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
