About the role

  • Lead execution of the localization product roadmap for Global Diagnostics
  • Translate market and stakeholder feedback into scalable mini-programs
  • Own day-to-day vendor coordination and enablement
  • Foster collaboration with content owners, Customer Marketing, and priority markets
  • Coach junior team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years in translation and localization management
  • Practical experience managing TMS tools such as XTM, Phrase, etc in an admin capacity
  • Experience managing Language Quality, Terminology and Translation Memories
  • Knowledgeable about internationalization requirements
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, software development agile approaches, and project management tools
  • BA/BS degree, ideally with a focus on Language Studies, Translation, or Localization Management
