About the role
- Leadership and development of colleagues in the area
- Utilize solution coaching and business planning capabilities to maximize sales performance
- Meet or exceed sales objectives via coaching of DSCs and DTSs
- Develop annual strategic business plans for the territories
- Coordinate resource allocation of marketing efforts in the area
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years people leader/management experience
- Technical Skills Success in previous roles including people leadership and problem solving
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, business management, and computer skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment
- Animal Health experience and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and ability to learn Zoetis systems.
