Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate meetings, industry conferences, and events
Manage the full event lifecycle from strategic meeting management to onsite execution
Lead in the development and execution of exhibits and promotional assets at industry conferences
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external agencies for alignment
Coordinate booth concept, design, production, and setup for all events
Manage budgets to optimize spending and identify cost-saving opportunities
Plan and execute corporate sales meetings and customer events
Develop and manage budgets for each event
Serve as the primary onsite contact during events and manage logistics
Conduct post-event evaluations and reconciliations
Requirements
BA/BS required, preferably in Meeting/Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field
5-7+ years’ experience in meeting planning and event/trade show marketing with a strong track record of driving effective business and digital strategies
Direct experience planning meetings and events and managing tradeshows within the animal health or pharmaceutical industries is strongly preferred
Ability to travel up to 40-50% of the time
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in use of AI for research or meeting planning
Must be proficient in Cvent - Web Registration and Mobile Applications
CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or similar certification preferred.
