Serve as the automation partner for Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Engine deploying all automation campaigns across Zoetis US
Collaborating with Digital Marketing Managers to increase the use of audience segmentation, message personalization and A/B testing
Responsible for reporting Salesforce marketing cloud metrics and KPIs in presentations and drafting insights for optimization
Leverage automation features to streamline campaign workflows and improve efficiency
Ability automate lead routing for sales call tools including the use of internal tools; seeking support from additional technical experts where needed
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality
Proactively share Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and best practices supporting the creation of personalized content and journey building B2B2C
Ability to work across teams with a high degree of accountability; strong attention to detail
Competent in understanding and articulating the nuances of the marketing automation stack with a hunger to bring new ideas forward
A self-starter with a can-do attitude known for rolling up their sleeves to get things done, find efficiencies, demonstrate a “We Are One Zoetis” team player mentality
Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment across a complex organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist certification is required
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience working in audience builder and azure, preferred
Experience creating omni-channel automation campaigns including journey building
Experience working in a highly regulated field, preferred
Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and techniques including but not limited to lead generation and scoring, campaign and content development and campaign performance analytics
3+ years Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Additional Certifications preferred
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Preferred
Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics & Target, Facebook Audience Insights, Google Analytics, Tableau
