About the role

  • Analyze customer requests (cancellations, exchanges, refunds, and returns)
  • Contact suppliers/vendors when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Log and track requests in the internal system
  • Ensure responses to customers within established deadlines
  • Support team alignments and strategic meetings
  • Work with a focus on organization, agility, and high-quality resolution

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in post-sales, customer service, or support
  • University degree in progress or completed (a plus)
  • Excellent Portuguese (clear, concise writing is essential)
  • Strong proficiency with technology and digital tools
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT) considered a plus
  • Basic English skills (reading and contextual comprehension)
  • Must have own computer and reliable internet connection
  • Previous experience working remotely
