About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Negotiating contracts with SaaS, hardware, and services vendors.
Driving contract renewals and ensuring timely execution with favorable terms.
Overseeing onboarding of new vendors and suppliers, including compliance and documentation.
Partnering with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure contracts meet company standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or vendor negotiations (IT or SaaS focus preferred)
Strong knowledge of contract structures, terms, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure value-driven outcomes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective vendor and stakeholder relationships
Comfort working independently in a contractor capacity while aligning to team objectives
