About the role

Oversee successful deployment of various technology solutions for Zirous clients.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Lead the implementation process, including installation, configuration, customization, and integration of software and hardware solutions.
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption of the implemented technologies.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation plans, user guides, and technical specifications.
Work closely with internal teams, including developers, project managers, and support staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve implementation strategies.
Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.
Expected to work hybrid schedule with on-site days at the West Des Moines, IA office and remote days each Monday & Friday.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Computer Interaction, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, Business Analytics, or in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in implementing a variety of technology solutions, including software applications, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
Strong technical skills in system configuration, API integrations, and data migration.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, SaaS, or other enterprise technology platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management skills and experience handling multiple implementations simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
