About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of the team
- Partner with product managers to maintain and execute the product roadmap
- Remove roadblocks, identify and implement process improvements, and delegate effectively
- Build community and culture throughout the engineering organization

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment at scale
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineering leader
- Experience developing high-traffic full-stack web or data applications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience innovating novel approaches and solutions to ambiguous problems preferred
- BS/MS/PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field preferred
