About the role
- The Sales Engineer, as a Product Strategist, acts as a force multiplier for sales
- Work as a strategic partner with assigned Enterprise sales teams throughout the client lifecycle to accelerate sales revenue growth
- Focus on key prospective and spending accounts to help shape account and deal strategy
- Improve product adoption across portfolios
- Accelerate the success of key initiatives
- Provides the product expertise, strategic insight, and analytical rigor needed to help clients scale effectively and deliver exceptional outcomes
- Craft and deliver a clear, compelling narrative that supports the business strategy
- Pivot effectively when conversations go off course, redirecting toward outcomes that support long-term business goals
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a client-facing role with top SIA 100 accounts
- Proven track record of a consultative approach to selling
- Highly analytical and the ability to storytell using data
- Excellent communicator with strong skills to effectively listen, write, speak, educate, and persuade at all levels
- Expert problem solving backed by innate curiosity
- Adept at presenting strategy, communicating technical concepts to non-technical team members, and writing concise documentation
- Data-driven mindset to drive impactful client narratives and selling motions
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills
