  • Execute Strategic Stewardship: Help craft and own the segment strategy, acting as the primary executive face of ZipRecruiter for top-tier clients.
  • Leader of Leaders: Coach and develop high-performing managers and elite sellers, fostering a culture of elite performance and career development.
  • Sophisticated Deal Architecture: Oversee the navigation of multi-layered procurement, legal, and technical integrations where performance advertising is the core solution.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and implement the Enterprise playbook, including refined processes for account mapping, lifecycle management, and proactive churn mitigation.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure the "Enterprise Voice" influences the product roadmap and evolves with market speed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of high-growth sales leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically managing people leaders (Managers or Directors) in an Enterprise environment.
  • Deep domain expertise in the Recruitment Advertising or Performance Advertising landscape.
  • Proven track record of delivering rigorous, data-backed revenue projections and maintaining high forecast accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating complex, multi-layered procurement and legal cycles for large-scale employers.
  • Expertise in using data-driven metrics to validate sales intuition and drive systematic changes in team performance.
