About the role
- Lead design and implementation of multi-service features and systems.
- Define and enforce testing strategies across the stack.
- Act as incident commander for medium-severity production incidents.
- Author postmortems and drive systemic fixes.

Requirements
- Expert in a primary language, competent in two or more others.
- Advanced proficiency with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong experience designing APIs and distributed systems.
- Mastery of testing best practices and quality standards.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
