Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech lending, with loan servicing or data product experience preferred.
- Strong systems thinker with a track record of building internal tools, improving operational workflows, or supporting infrastructure at scale.
- Strong customer and business intuition, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams like engineering, design, sales, and operations.
- Passion for creating products and experiences that drive impact.
