What you’ll need

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Demonstrated success recruiting in hyper-growth, high-growth, or highly transformational companies
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders
Proven track record of independently leading candidate searches
Expertise in creative sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and high-touch candidate management
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
