About the role

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through a combination of cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and CRM automation tools.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders in finance and HR departments.
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team with net new leads.
  • Research target companies to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions in Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity and booked meetings (expected 8 meetings per month).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role.
  • **Minimum English proficiency level of C1-C2.**
  • Proven success using CRMs such as Zoho CRM or comparable platforms to manage leads and automate outreach.
  • Experience using Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phoneburner and Smartlead AI.
  • Experience with multi-touch outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to tailor messaging to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to quickly learn industry trends and business needs.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated remotely.
  • Comfortable working CST hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday.
  • Located within LATAM.
  • **Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Familiarity with sales automation and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach).
  • Experience targeting U.S.-based mid-market companies.
